The Cat Islander Food Truck is the brainchild of Jack Stubbs an Executive Chef with forty plus years of hospitality experience. He is a resident of Prince Georges County Maryland and a native of the Bahamas. As the Executive Chef of one of Bethesda Maryland's top-rated hotels, Chef Jack has always drawn inspiration for his recipes and creations from around the world. His dishes are a representation of true food fusion providing an eclectic mix of flavors and combinations, that enlighten the taste buds.  Cat Island is one of many beautiful islands within the Bahamas and is the ancestral home of Chef Jack's family.
